The Three at the Front

Last month, we hit our highest-ever month of dealer-channel disbursals. To celebrate, we flew our top performers — colleagues and channel partners — to Bali. A hundred of us.

Looking at the photos that came back, something we have always known but rarely said out loud showed up clearly:

Of the hundred people on that beach, only three were women.

The used-car industry has been overwhelmingly male for decades. We are not exceptional in that. This piece is especially to highlight and give a shoutout to the three women.

Mrs Amarjeet (SMS Services · DSA Partner)

Amarjeet Mam runs SMS Services, a DSA on our network. Over the last seven months, only one partner across 1,191 active partners in our book has out-performed her and that partner is an institutional fintech with a full backend team. Amarjeet Mam does it single-handed. A phone, an app, and a kind of quiet discipline most operators twice the operational size don't possess. She isn't shining "for a woman in this industry." She is shining, full stop.

1,000+ leads sourced · 100+ disbursals · ₹5 Cr+ GMV in 6 months — all single-handed.

Parul Vashisht (Conversion Centre · Team Lead)

Parul leads our Conversion Centre as a Team Lead. Every approved case that closes runs, in some way, through the daily war room she runs. Every pending case has a name and a deadline. The reason DCF closes the month is largely the reason Parul doesn't.

#1 TL out of 6 · 2,000+ disbursals · ₹75 Cr+ GMV in six months.

March '26 was her peak: 500+ disbursals · ₹25 Cr+ in a single month.

Shivangi Sahu (Conversion Centre · Case Manager)

Shivangi joined the same Conversion Centre as a case manager only a few months ago. Within a single quarter, her conversion rate had crossed levels most tenured agents take a year to reach. The kind of operator who reads a case at 9 AM and is still chasing it at 9 PM if it needs her.

70 disbursals · peak conversion in March — well above the floor average.

These three are not waiting for a seat at the table. They are building tables of their own.

We can't fix what an industry has looked like for fifty years with a blog post. But we can be honest about what the next photo from the next celebration needs to look like — and hire, partner, and build accordingly.

To Amarjeet, Parul, and Shivangi:

Thank you for raising the bar each day!!
