Butterflies have always fascinated me with their journey. Starting as a small, timid creature, they lead the way to the sky, all by themselves - that’s the power of the transformation. My first step in the UAE was a similar experience. When I landed, I had nothing but a vast sky ahead of me and a graduation degree that had helped me grow and learn. But, along came the uncertainty, as I was still in my "cocoon" phase, nervously wondering whether I would be able to survive this transformation.

And that is exactly when I found my second home at Cars24. My first step in the office told me that this was the exact place for me to grow in all the right ways possible. The culture here, the people, the environment, it all cumulatively helped me learn, gave me space to breathe, tools to enhance my skills, and an environment that did not hold me back, but helped me to open my wings - just like a butterfly.

And at exactly that moment, I felt for the first time that I was ready to fly like a butterfly.
